I am celiac and I have been ordering their food for 3 weeks now. It is a lifesaver not having to go through the stress of cooking every meal now and getting glutened since I live with someone who eats wheat.

On weekends when I'm out of town and Monday meal prep is either limited or unlikely, the Healing Meals' lunch/dinner delivery option is a big help. Delivery is always on time or early, ordering online is convenient, no subscription is necessary, and there are usually at least a couple of appealing food options. Serving sizes here work better for me than those of frozen dinner/ lunch alternatives and I like that salads are part of the line up.Two things about star rating: If I could do half stars, food would be 4.5; including a higher proportion of veggies and taking measures to keep chicken a little more moist (admittedly this is probably a tall ask when cooking is in batches and trying to make sure nothing is undercooked is important) would win the half star. I can't comment on the atmosphere, have not been in person.

I'm relatively new to GF eating and was looking for a source of healthy ready to roll meals that I could take with me to work for lunch or have for dinner on a night when I didn't feel like cooking. The food here is delicious. Even my husband agrees and he's not gluten restricted in any way. We've both really enjoyed the chicken and waffles, the chicken enchiladas, turkey bulgogi and honestly the salads (it's all about great dressings!) are some of the best I've ever eaten. So grateful to have this gem of a spot in the capital region.

I've ordered food here 3 times now and have consistently had great experiences. Healthy food is often associated with bland or boring, but that's not the case here. The owner/chef Chris keeps his menu changing, with inventive flavors and surprises. I love to cook but I also love it when I can get great food for those nights I don't feel like cooking. Enjoyed the pepperoni gf pizza, the chicken and waffles, and their salads are amazing. Love supporting local businesses promoting healthy eating too!

Picked up 3 salt pretzels from The Healing Meals LLC Sunday morning (8/15), and I can’t say enough GREAT things about them. I’m attaching a photo of one because the other two were devoured too quickly. Seriously, so good, and the price is an absolute steal. I’ll definitely be back! Chris and his team do an excellent job providing healthy, tasty, nutritious meals to busy adults. I also like that Chris tries new recipes and expands the menu. Any time I’ve had a snafu with my order, they quickly remedy the issue. I have had a great experience with them for two years and can’t more highly recommend them.
