Mr. D's Restaurant & Lounge

We came to the restaurant for brunch. I had the steak and eggs, and my wife had the crab meat hash. Now the steak and eggs was good , but my wife was not happy. I guess it normally comes with a poached egg on top, but my wife requested to have an over hard/fried egg instead. That's the way she ordered it, but they put a poached egg on it. We asked the waitress to have it remade with a fried egg. She said no problem, but still brought it back again still with a poached egg. By this time, I was finished my meal, so we just gave up on hers and had it removed from. The ticket. Not sure if the cooks refused to put anything othe than a poached egg, or the waitress didn't understand what the difference was between a poached egg and a fried egg.

The meal was spectacular and our waiter Michael was able to move us quickly so we could order from the brunch menu - and it was just wonderful! The Host was also able to seat us in a quiet area away from some very excited young children who loved to run around.

Food was very good.. Servers Tracy gave us great service ! And we could hear each other! The noise level was minimal, which made for a really nice evening.

We had a great experience at Sunday brunch at Mr. D's. The service was excellent. Our drinks and food were amazing.

This has always been my favorite spot for brunch. Unfortunately they have raised the prices by quite a bit and the quality is down. Service was as excellent as ever.

We made reservations for this restaurant after church on a Sunday and we were celebrating brunch. It was very noisy when we first got there, but everyone seemed happy and it wasn't overwhelming. We noticed immediately that the former brunch menu was no longer and they had a smaller menu. However, it was adequate and tasty. Service was excellent. I would recommend the food and the restaurant.

From the moment we sat down, Tracy’s warm and personable demeanor set the tone for the evening. She greeted us as if no time had passed, remembering us from a visit years ago—an impressive and genuine touch. Her knowledge of the menu and drinks was impeccable, and her pride in working at Mr. D’s shone through in her attentive, quick service and expert recommendations.

The food was as remarkable as the service. The osso bucco was the star of the evening—fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with flavor, it was a dish to savor. Complementing the meal was a perfectly executed dirty martini, spot-on in balance and presentation.

Amazing food. Management was very attentive to my allergy needs.The manager was very kind concerning my allergies.The turkey club wrap was amazing. I would definitely recommend. I will be getting this dish again. Fries were delicious!

Mr. D's is a restaurant where the price tag far outweighs the experience. While the bartender was friendly and attentive, the overall atmosphere felt cold and impersonal. The food, mediocre and extremely bland, was the most disappointing aspect. The high prices simply don't justify the quality of the dishes. If you're looking for a place to spend a significant amount of money, there are far better options available.
