So grateful Works Cafe opened a location near Crossgates Mall (Guilderland/Albany)! Only a couple minutes from I-87, worth the stop! Great smoothies, bowls, bagels, sandwiches, and bring your coffee mug to fill for a discount. Best loyalty program too! Earn points! My favorite smoothies… Carrot Mango with added protein and the Kale Crush with added protein. Great for after a workout or when on the run! The folks working there are the BEST TOO!

Stopped in for a quick bite this morning. Cashier greeted me with the biggest smile. From start to finish I had my food/beverage in under 5 mins. Food was delicious! Highly recommend for the good, fast friendly service!

Mediocre bagels that surprised the cashier that they could be sold by the dozen. I walked out with two plastic bags (no standard paper bags big enough to hold a dozen) of bagels and brought them home to a brunch with friends, all of whom agreed they were not great, even when paired with cream cheese, lox, capers, tomatoes & onions.

I visited The Works recently and had a completely off-putting experience. While I was sitting there eating, an employee began mopping the floor directly around my table. The smell of the cleaning chemicals mixed with the grime was nauseating while trying to have a meal. What makes this even more frustrating is that we were the only customer in the shop at the time. There were plenty of other areas that could have been mopped besides the exact spot where we were sitting. It showed a total lack of awareness and zero respect for the customer experience. To top it off, the food was a letdown. My daughter’s bagel was disgusting—prepared incredibly messily and just unappetizing to look at, let alone eat. Between the odor, and the poor food quality, we will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about basic sanitation and service.
