Food has been excellent since they opened many years ago. HOWEVER! They changed up the music several months ago. It used to be an annoying loud BOP BEE BOP, over and over again. You just wanted to eat and leave. NOW!! Music is quiet in the back round and you want to stay longer. Excellent change-up!

Carne asada taco meat like rubber. Vegan burrito filled with cheese. Queso fries were limp and soggy droned in queso The plac d looked lovely and the waitress was lovely. We didn't want to give her trouble on New Year's Eve so we sucked it up. Overpaid for really bad food. I would never go back.

We had an amazing experience with my 3 small children for the Santa brunch at toro! The waitress was amazing and friendly with my kids, the food was so good, good selection and tasted good! And Santa was awesome!

We were surprised by this visit. The service wasn't great, especially seeing as the restaurant wasn't very busy. We had to ask for water three times and there was long periods between the server coming to the table. The food was lukewarm and didn't all come out together which is always disappointing. Overall not a great visit.
