Have good food but poor on delivery. Ordered 2 12 cuts. They went to the wrong address multiple times, had to call to ask what was going on after not seeing anyone for more then an hour then I gave them the correct address and they still went to the wrong place. I asked the driver who I called what he was driving so I could identify him. He had no idea what I was saying as all he could say was “white car”. Sent me a picture of him yet again at the wrong address. Ended up just canceling because he couldn’t find me even after I gave him a pin on my location. Tried to call and was ignored.

I did an over the phone order I said I would like boneless wings when I got the food they were bone in wings and when I called back to ask for some type of accommodation I was nice in the begging the one of the workers the man who took my order specifically started to argue with me saying I said wings how are you gonna tell me what I ordered? I never ever eat bone in wings literally never so why would I order them? Just horrible customer service from him

I’m visiting from out of state for the holidays and my partner suggested this place. The pizza and wings were decent, but could’ve been completely ruined or stolen since the delivery driver left our food outside in the rain.
They did call, but since I was working my phone was silent. We provided the building and apt number— I would’ve imagined using the call service of the building or some other option before leaving someone’s food on the wet ground in the cold and rain.
I’m without a car and had hungry teenagers to feed but I truly wanted to take it back!

This is a new place that sells pizza which is decent I wouldn't say it's traditional Italian pizza like from Italy but considering how bad the pizza is in the Capital District this place definitely is on par with with all the decent places

The grilled chicken tasted like expired, not fresh chicken. I ordered both a plate and a sandwich and had to throw them away. This place should really be checked by the health department to inspect the food quality. On top of that, the staff had no welcome or courtesy. I will never come back to this place.

I've been here twice, good customer service, but the pizza is the absolute worst I've ever had, and the drinks in the cooler are warmer than they should be, I couldn't finish eating, it was nauseating.
