Fast service, best bagels and coffee with affordable prices!

Super disappointed. We love the Saratoga location. I initially was impressed with how fast our food came out. Waited another 8 mins for my coffee. (It’s busy I can get over it) people kept coming up for missing drinks, I watched one coffee sit with no lid the entire time be served right before mine after it had no steam left. Finally getting my coffee, get in the car and my bacon egg and cheese has cream cheese on it. I’ll stick with Saratoga

Head Northwest on Coach Bob Ford Way/ Western Ave for about 7 mins. You will find the superior Uncommon Grounds. The employees have better attitudes, the bagels come with an appropriate amount of cream cheese and they actually give you a straw with your coffee, not an attitude at the OTHER LOCATION- trust me, it's worth the few minute drive. I will not be returning to this location, not even for just a coffee!

Love their bagels but they charge you 10 cents extra to cut your bagel if you are getting nothing on it. I take it home a cut it myself

Called to put an order in ahead of time and they tell me they don't take orders over the phone? Idk what manager decided that's a good idea but it's not.

I had a doctor's appointment Thursday morning little early. Decided to go and get something to eat so I found this little place in Stuyvesant plaza. Oh my goodness! Nice clean, friendly people. Excellent bagels. Nice sandwich. I was really impressed with the service how fast it came out and The taste. The bagel was awesome! So if you're in the area of Cyrus and plaza, you need to stop at uncommon grounds

The bagels are always delicious. I have ordered sandwiches twice from here and both times I had to go back because they were not what I ordered. The people who take your order are referred to as the burnouts and it shows. They obviously are annoyed to be there.

They have good bagels. Everything bagel was the best one I had. Their brewed coffee is also good but the latte was so so. I guess it depends on who makes it. Service is good.

Wonderful coffee and bagels had cinnamon raisin and it wasn't too sweet. Coffee was smooth and great. Would recommend.
