The main meal we got and ate there was very good. We got dessert to go and was very very disappointed. We got the raspberry and the Carmel dessert. We are it the next day and it tasted just like onions and peppers. Now you telle the last time either of those desserts taste like onion and peppers. Never coming back again
We arrived at the restaurant and were seated right away. After 15 minutes of no one coming up to our table, my sister-in-law went and asked if someone could come and at least take our drink order. 10 minutes later a waiter came to our table and we placed our entire order. The food came 20 minutes later and my nieces cheeseburger had no cheese on it. I ordered the cheddar mushroom burger and no mushrooms were on the burger. We were running short on time so we did not bring the issue with the food to the waiters attention as we had already been there for so long.
Do to a technical issue, my order was not received by UNOs, so I sent a Facebook message to alert them of the issue. They responded to me promptly and alerted their management team. Within an hour, Kevin G, the general manager emailed me directly and resolved the issue. Kevin was kind, professional, and displayed outstanding customer service...just as important, the pizza was delicious!
Our waiter was VERY nice and none of this review reflects on him.. Long wait time to be seated, to get drinks, to get food, to get bill. Although our waiter was trying his best it seemed like the work flow of the entire establishment was hindering his efforts. The first beverage I received had a dead fly in it. My son ordered mozz sticks and tenders. They were both over cooked. The mozz sticks had no cheese left inside and the tenders were too hard to eat. The tables were sticky. The floors were littered with debris down the walk ways. The bathrooms were very unclean.
Haven't been for years! Friend wanted to go for her birthday, and as a vegan I was not enthused and expected to eat nothing but lettuce. I'm happy I was wrong! Three, not one, not two, but THREE vegan pizza choices! Unheard of, at least to the places friends want to try. Server was not at all very good, which knocked the review from 5 star to 4.
Worst service I’ve had anywhere in a very long time and the place wasn’t busy. The waitress seemed to have her priorities out of order. Even had to get up and go to another dining area to wait for our check. Food wasn’t very good either. I have no plans of returning to that place.
Our waitress was Very nice and sweet, however the overall could of been much better. We waited for about 3-5 minutes before being greeted, which was fine, didn't complain. Our party of 5 required 3 tables be pushed together, 1 table was filthy so we didn't really use it. Out of all our 5 silverware rolls, 3 had dirty utensils. 4 of us got pizza which, overall taste was... okay, expected unos pizza. 1 member got chicken tenders & fries. Fries were overcooked and tenders tasted burnt, overcooked and tasted like perhaps in dirty / left over oil. An older couple sat across from us and had to ask their table be cleaned, also. All in all, cleanliness definitely seemes very lacking, felt a little squeeze after all our meals.Wouldn't return to this location again, but do want to say our waitress was very nice and did a good job!
orderd food and drink never was asked for another drink, never was offered silver wear, never was offered napkins, never was offered ketchup for my fries..HORRIBLE SERVICE...
Place is DISGUSTING! Anyone who writes a current review stating that the food is good shouldn’t do food reviews. I use to ❤️ Pizza Uno, but the food and staff are subpar, at best. I know Covid made things difficult, but no excuse for the filth and poor food quality. The place needs a renovation. You can feel the filth of the ages throughout the establishment.I ordered an Old Fashioned, but it wasn’t drinkable. The bartender even knew it, because she said if you don’t like it I can make you something else. Which she did and that was awesome. But what really unsettled me was what I witnessed — the bartender had a gentlemen with a disability move his seating location from the bar to another location because he was talking to another person who didn’t want to be bothered, but in no way was he being intrusive. He was probably just lonely and wanted a conversation. I think he was drinking cola. Anyhow, in my opinion, then that person should’ve move location or communicated they wanted to be left alone. Instead, the bartender loudly announced for the man with the disability to move his seating and not to talk to other customers, unless they wanted to talk to him. He asked her what he did wrong and she said you can’t talk to people who don’t want to talk with you — but, as mentioned, he wasn’t being intrusive to anyone. The man stutterer, “Thank You” — part of the disability(?) or maybe the disability itself (idk) to the bartender and left. Made me sick to stomach. I felt so sad. I’ll never go back there again. Besides, the thin crust pizza was undercooked and not even a thin crust — absolutely terrible!! And that’s their specialty. Seriously, I “❤️-ed” Pizza Uno, but it needs a total revamp including customer service, food and mixology training. In short: dirty, low food quality ? ? and subpar staff (due to lack of proper training).✌?
Been a long time since deep dish. Very good no meats. Short staff so 5 to 10 min till someone seated. Jen our server very nice

Overall our lunch today is a mixed review. Some really good things and some not so good dining experiences. Our server Jen was great. The BBQ sauce for the grilled chicken sandwich was sweet and tasty and the fries were perfectly hot and crispy. Oh and my son had the 'Decadent Chocolate Cake and that was sinfully delicious. On the downside.- Our side of garlic mayo had a hair in it.- Our iced teas were served warm and while we were provided extra ice when we asked , it quickly watered down our drinks making them less than ideal.-We were seated near the kitchen entrance so there was a LOT of noise/inappropriate language floating out from the servers/staff that kept congregating back there.- Our sandwiches came standard with lettuce/tomato/onion on them. Whomever assembled our sandwiches decided that the onion on the sandwiches needed to be sliced nearly and inch thick (photo attached). I LOVE red onion but that was a bit much even for me.-The was a small fly in my sons side salad (the server was quick to apologize and promptly removed the salad from our bill). The restaurant itself gives the impression that the General Manager doesnt care much about the overall apprearance of the establishment, or at minimum he/she pays no attention to details. In the area we sat there were no less that 16 lightbulbs blown (my OCD son enjoyed counting them and relaying this info while we waited for our food to arrive), and of the working bulbs they were all different shapes and sizes.
This is the kind of place that makes you hope you won’t get food poisoning in a few days… chicken parm was a dry breaded chicken with sliced cheese on top that had obviously been in the microwave and not long enough as it was cold. There was a random French fry in it and worse, a hair in the pizza. We asked for a booth and none were available because they weren’t clean. The staff is obviously overworked and it’s not their fault, but it wasn’t a pleasant dining experience.
100% not the peoples fault that were working. They were 100% completely understaffed. The hostess was also the bartender and bussing tables. They were all running around like crazy. Not Only did it take waaay to long to get our food but some of us didn't get the correct orders, and the food was awful, no napkins, silverware etc until we asked or it. We actually felt bad for them but they were trying their best. Maybe not let in as many people since you don't have the staff to properly care for them!
It was valentine's day and my boyfriend and I were there for lunch. They sat us in the front corner and it was freezing . We had to keep our coats on for the whole meal. Rubbing our arms. The waitress was in such a rush we didn't even have the opportunity to ask her to switch booths. Food tasted good but was also cold.
We recently visited the UNO pizzeria at the Crossgates mall for our first time. I considered walking out before we earn ordered. We were led to our table by the hostess and couldn't even sit down without kicking food and garbage out from under the table. The table was sticky and still had a couple spots of stuck on food there. I cleaned the table myself and would have walked out if it weren't for my son saying to give it a chance because was so hungry. The waiteess was lovely and quickly took our order. The appetizer never came out before our main meal and were never offered a refill on our drinks but the food was good.Unfortunately we will not be back or recommend it to anyone else. We understand that many places are experiencing staff shortages but giving a good dining experience is essential to keeping customers.I hope this was an out of the ordinary experience and not the norm.
