We arrived at the restaurant and were seated right away. After 15 minutes of no one coming up to our table, my sister-in-law went and asked if someone could come and at least take our drink order. 10 minutes later a waiter came to our table and we placed our entire order. Do to a technical issue, my order was not received by UNOs, so I sent a Facebook message to alert them of the issue. They responded to me promptly and alerted their management team. Within an hour, Kevin G, the general manager emailed me directly and resolved the issue. Kevin was kind, professional, and displayed outstanding customer service...just as important, the pizza was delicious!
Haven't been for years! Friend wanted to go for her birthday, and as a vegan I was not enthused and expected to eat nothing but lettuce. I'm happy I was wrong! Three, not one, not two, but THREE vegan pizza choices! Unheard of, at least to the places friends want to try. Server was not at all very good, which knocked the review from 5 star to 4.
