Everyone who works here is so kind, welcoming, & personable. I go to a number of different tea shops in the area & Untouchable Nutrition is by far the best with the way they make their teas. Makes my whole work day when I stop in the shop!

DO NOT buy a Stanley here. They are counterfeit. When commenting or asking questions on their social media pages about the cups they delete them. They clearly know they are not authentic. Reported them to StanleyMade the same post on Yelp and they had that removed too. Gross!!

Great place with a great vibe. Staff are very helpful, they have a huge variety in teas and shakes. Priced reasonably as what's going into these shakes and teas are super good for you. ( I personally like the peanut butter cup shake) If you value your health and wellness this is definitely the place to go to get that boost you need throughout the day or after a workout. Can't wait to go back!

Also, the girls working there are super helpful in telling you about the drinks. It is worth the try and everything is so healthy and guilt free! Stop by and check this women owned business out in Albany!!

Everything is protein based powder. Shake was alright. Had that protein powder aftertaste. Was not really a fan. Staff was nice and helpful. They have macros, but not updated to current menu.

The smoothies are made from powders, not fresh ingredients, and they use a sugar replacement (I believe Stevia) which left an after taste. I threw away my smoothie after a couple of sips.

A cute little aesthetically pleasing tea place around the corner, they even have shakes. A fresh start to a day, to boost u up, very refreshing drinks. A little higher on the price but definitely can try out different teas and shakes once in a while! Staff is amazing, they don’t have the ingredients on the menu for each drink but u have the very sweet people there to give u all the information! I tried the citrus punch and it was good?
