We have gone through this drive thru 3-5 times in the last month and these people continue to give us Sweet Chili sauce instead of sweet and sour it’s actually annoying at this point that employees can’t double check and read labeling on sauces

I ordered food from here on grubhub, and it took them almost 2 HOURS to actually make my food and send it out to the driver. I’ve ordered food on grubhub/doordash/uber eats a million times and have never had this happen to me. I tried calling the place multiple times, and each time they either ignored me and let it ring or they hung up the call after the second ring. By the time i got my food, my mccrispy wasn’t even fully cooked and it was digusting, plus i requested extra mayo and instead they put almost 0 mayo on it. only thing saving them is the cheese fries were actually good. actually never doordashing food from here ever again

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a drink. She gave me the meal, which I didn't want. My cousin ord e red a baconator and didn't get bacon on it. He went to the counter to complain. They gave him none crispy bacon. The staff didn't understand English, so we just ate and left.Both of us were disappointed.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. All my daughter wanted was a Frosty. I went and tried to use the kiosk to order. It wasn't working properly and I needed help with it. I asked for help and was IGNORED by *NANCY* 3 times, before she even acknowledged me, and then she refused to speak to me in English, speaking only Spanish. I asked for help with ordering, she walked away from me. I asked for the store manager, she said there was no manager. I was eventually able to place the order from my phone. Oh, and who shows up, the 'manager'. I explained the situation to her. She starts laughing with Nancy and chatting in Spanish, she then fake apologized as snarkly as possible, while handing us our Frostys. I don't know if she was actually the manager, but I can assure you, I will let Wendy's corporate know and I will never personally return to this location. The whole ordeal took a half hour. It should have been under 10 mins.

They got my order wrong twice gave me the wrong sauce, gave me no sauce and then gave me bacon when I specifically said my husband does not eat bacon cause he is a Muslim, but they still continue to do it because they do not speak a lick of English
Closed 3 hours early and when I asked about a refund they yelled at me and turned off the intercom.

Went to Wendy’s tonight. Ordered a baconator with fries and baconator jr with fries and spicy chicken sandwich. The baconator was missing and the baconator jr was just two thin burger one slice of chicken and 2 pieces of bacon with ketchup on a hamburger roll. The employee could barely speak English and did not know the menu items! This location has been going downhill. It is a Friday night and not busy at all. It used to be very busy.
