on feb 22 i just ordered online for 2 combos and went to pick up at the store while i opened the wendys app it showed it was charged for 8 combos (glitch in the app ) i just immediately went to store and inform my issue to team no one was responsing worst customer service, no manager in the store ,no one can speak english,also they packed for 8 combos i didnt even took anything since i just want my refund so as i spoke with wendys customer team and raised a complaint it may take 1 week tehy informed but its been more than 1 month i just spoke with them many number of times but until now i havent recieved any mail or no response from the team worst wendys customer service i can say so i want to write this review to let everyone know that this this store is worst for customer service be cautios

There was a lot of ppl last Saturday at the mall. I was STARVING, I went to Wendy’s and tbh it was a very quick service in less that a min…also the manager was helpful and very friendly with me! I definitely gonna comeback.
