They don't communicate with you at all. The food is like 9 hours old and it is absolute trash. Worst Wendy's in North America.

There was a lot of ppl last Saturday at the mall. I was STARVING, I went to Wendy’s and tbh it was a very quick service in less that a min…also the manager was helpful and very friendly with me! I definitely gonna comeback.

All I can say is that it was the worse service at a Wendy’s ever.
The term I'm looking for is called Schrodinger’s Immigrant. Every single worker there was Hispanic and only spoke Spanish (they fired everyone else). They treated me badly. Not only that, but the front no longer takes cash, or verbal orders but you NEED to use a kiosk. (Probably to save more money). Also, not only that... but online lists one price.... when I go there? It's $2 more. I will never eat Wendy's, ever again. They do not support Americans, they're greedy, and they're taking advantage of people.
