I was there with a group of co-workers and nothing about the experience was intuitive.
They only have coffee and tea for drinks.
But the coffee and tea...was terrible.
Every one who ordered got the wrong drink.
And then when we got the drinks not a single person enjoyed their drink. I don't know if they know how to brew a cold brew. Cold brews shouldn't be bitter like that.
The food was good tho so I give it an extra star for that.
I expected better from someone who's claim is they are a tea and coffee house.

I order almost all my teas from Whistling Kettle. Since I discovered them, I have turned into an addict for their Autumn Haze and Lemon Almond Panna Cotta teas. I have always been pretty selective about the teas I drink and this company goes above and beyond with their blends and choices. Their packaging and shipping is also first class! Please make one more batch of Autumn Haze this season so I can buy you out till next year's.

I order their teas online and I will be avoiding them completely from now on out. I received 2 duplicate orders while a member of their tea of the month club for 6 months. The first time they fixed my issue quickly, the second time they offered me a $20 credit for my $30 order. On top of that, they sent me a message before my last shipment shipped saying my next order would include a free tea infuser, which I never got. If you like dealing with customer service and not getting what you are promised then this is the place for you.

Great place to stop by for tea or dessert! The place is pretty big and they have a huge selection of various teas! And you can buy some to take home too! The afternoon dessert hit the spot! Definitely check them out as they are right located right downtown so you can check out the main area too! Highly recommend!

Went upstate for a trip and stopped by this little gem. Severs were wonderful and so was the service. The atmosphere was very calming inside and outside. Menu was very diverse and they even had a vegan menu! Their tea selection was vast and from the ones o had were worth the price

Stopped in today and was very impressed by the knowledgeable barista! Tea, coffee and more. Been a huge fan of the Whistling Kettle since the OG Ballston Spa location. Amazing to have a spot locally now here on Broadway! Highly recommend stopping 👍
