Excellent service, great breakfast with many choices including cereal, meat & cheese, breads, buns , nice quality room, staff most helpful, close to underground stop with places to eat nearby. Would recommend their bar or restaurant. Highly recommend
Staying in London most weeks, this was a new experience for me and certainly a welcome addition to my list of options for stays in the capital. Brilliant location, right by Regent's Park and an easy walk to most areas within the West End. I had a premium room with a king size bed, by far one of the comfiest i've been on in a while. Had a warm nice welcoming assistant from Kavya, she has a warm smile. She helped me with my breakfast and gave me the perfect tour. I asked for lactose free milk and she brought me exactly what I needed It honestly made my morning. Much appreciated
