I stopped in for a broiled chicken sandwich w/bbq sauce. I've heard people rave about this place for years now & don't get it. The place looked down right nasty as soon as I looked through the door. The floor was sticky, the counter was grimy, even the matt in front of the counter was sticky enough for my boots to have trouble lifting off. I seriously thought about leaving without my food. Wish I had, the chicken had a peculiar taste & texture. It was unusually hard for any poultry I've ever had. This kind of made me wonder if it was real chicken. I'm glad I went to try it out though. Won't be back in the future.

I originally had thought it was a college kids hangout/ food joint, I was wrong. Yeah it has a lot of college kids that go there but the boneless wings are great, with so many flavors to pick from. The prices and the quantity are not bad.

The food is good but the restaurant is disgusting the bathroom reeks of piss and is never clean. The restaurant where you eat is always nasty and never cleaned it makes me nervous to eat here. Where is the owner of this location and how do you think its acceptable to have a restaurant look like this and be ok with this appearance?

I will admit, they have good food, but there service is APPALLING. I have gotten food from them multiple times before, and the service was always nice, nothing special (but that was when I went to pickup.) The one time I ordered online, I waited an hour then decided to call in to see if it had been sent out, and they said something happens with their delivery boy and that the order would go out soon. I waited another hour to call and they said “your house is out of range. We don't deliver that far out.†They didn't even let me know when I 1.Ordered in the first place, and 2.Called the first time. Definitely would not recommend getting delivery.

Love the wraps and waffle fries. Only place in Albany to get some hot wings with some real heat and even the hottest sauce tastes great, I always get afterburner with some extra on the side to take home with me. They have a good variety of sauces and I think every one is worth trying because they are all great. Employees have always been nice though sometimes a bit on the heavy on the 420 side, which is whatever as long as my order comes correct.
