So glad I came to Wired instead of Starbucks! Always enjoyed the Malta location before they moved, but this location is great. Have a seat inside or outside. Coffee is always great and their breakfast sandwich always hits the spot!

Saturday morning errands require a bagel, but a good bagel, that’s what my wife and I were looking for when we stopped by. We ordered a cinnamon raisin and sesame seed bagel, both toasted one with butter and the other with veggie cream cheese.Honestly our server was awesome, loved the warm smile and greeting, but the bagels, not good at all. It was like a glob of dough that was never baked, no crisp to them if they were toasted and my cinnamon raisin bagel, I might have seen a few raisins and the glob of butter on a warmed piece of dough, nope not for me. My wife’s bagel, same except the amount of sesame seeds was a bit better but not nearly what you would expect when you buy a sesame seed bagel.High hopes were disappointed on a rainy Saturday.Service was great though.

I purchased an iced Decaf Americano at The Wired Coffee and Bagel today by the Albany Airport and as you can see it’s 3/4 of the way filled with ice. Unfortunately, when I approached the cashier, she explained, “It’s how we make our coffee here and at Starbucks.” I explained that I order coffee from Starbucks (primarily in Princeton) daily and it’s not the case.She then pointed out that I had drank the coffee but I could have paid an additional dollar for less ice and indicated that I could purchase another one.I suggest going to the Starbucks one minute away and save your money on the attitude.By the way, I then went to Starbucks and the service was a completely different experience.

First off Matt the manager and staff are amazing!! For someone who values customer service I’m greeted and treated like I matter and not just the next customer in line to spend money.But most of all the food is GREAT!!! It’s my go to spot before every flight being it’s close the airport and a great location and environment overall for just a sit down or quick work.I found this ace initially doing a Instacart order and being going since!Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Highly unorganized behind the counter. For the price you'd hope they would get your order right and get it to the right person. But they take your name and then just hand a bag out to anyone who wants it.Bagels are pretty good, ingredients are very good, makes for an average breakfast sandwich.I would go back if I was in the area and needed something, not looking to come back for acting in particular.

The food is good here, but this is the THIRD time in a row my order has been wrong. I ask for an everything bagel with cream cheese NOT toasted. Every single time they end up toasting it. Am I saying something wrong??

We came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. I had the Santa Fe Breakfast Burrito, and it was tasty! I also had a regular coffee with white chocolate syrup added, and it also tasted good. I would recommend coming here and grabbing a quick breakfast.

Cold brew to go was still fresh and available 10 minutes before closing.Plus, the barista/server was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Staff was very rude, the other reviewers were right. A friend of mine ordered in line and ordered for us both. The woman at the counter was just plain rude and insufferable. After she was done serving subpar service, she rudely told the man behind my friend "sorry for that" a comment similar to this...as if my friend inconvenienced her. My friend turned around and glared at her. How dare you. The nerve. Very disrespectful. When customers go off or confront them then it's an issue and they want to act like they weren't being nasty. There are always women working at the register and I noticed them always being flirty with male customers. It's pathetic truthfully. It's like a catty atmosphere. I respect the service industry but its people like this which is why I don't blame customers for giving that rudeness right back. Their food and drinks are not anything to write home about.
