We visited Basil & Prime in Albertson for New Years Day dinner. The place is absolutely beautiful, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Italian meats, full deli display with the best meats in the town. Andrew is the most knowledgeable person and also the owner. He suggested a 4 bone Rib Roast pre seasoned which was 12 pounds. He explained the whole cooking instructions which I followed closely. And I must say My Guests were totally impressed. It was so tender and juicy. Totally our new place to go.. Basil & Prime ***** Five Stars. Perfect Roast

Starting at a new office in a new town I was a bit worried about my lunch options however my coworker introduced me to this fantastic establishment!!!! I love this place . From the second you walk in you are greeted by the show case of cooked food and the selection is overwhelming at times .. the staff is so friendly and funny and the prices are definitely reasonable for the great quality of food your getting . We also ordered a 6 foot hero for our sons birthday party , which they delivered to us and the amount of compliments we got was insane. This place is like a traditional Italian deli but with a modern twist . They have an amazing pasta and sauce section , fresh fruit and vegetables, pastries , frozen food with adorable shaped ravioli for the kids . There fresh meats are also great . If your in the neighborhood I would 100% recommend going there. They have a nice size parking lot not to many spaces but there's also street parking close by so if there is no available spots walking distance isn't to far .

Great sandwiches and I like the way they package their chicken cutlets and the folks that work there couldn't be nicer. Also during the early stages of the Covid pandemic they were there for the neighborhood bravo!

The products are high quality which justifies their elevated prices, however there are some strange extra charges like a “credit card conversion fee” that I haven’t experienced elsewhere. Overall, the food is good.

Stop taking down my comments because you aren't satisfied with your own restaurant and stop calling me a terrerist because it is quite disrespectful considering I spent my hard earned money on your "family-owend" SOGGY FOOD!

Would give it a zero if I could. I tried the pasta and steak it was so disappointing. Andrew and the staff were not welcoming when I arrived. I waited for 30 minutes, and it just wasn't a good impression overall. Not a good choice for authentic Italian food. Anyone with more than one star was paid for sure or is a friend of theirs.
