We visited Basil & Prime in Albertson for New Years Day dinner. The place is absolutely beautiful, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Italian meats, full deli display with the best meats in the town. Andrew is the most knowledgeable person and also the owner. He suggested a 4 bone Rib Roast pre seasoned which was 12 pounds. He explained the whole cooking instructions which I followed closely. My oh my. Today was my first time here upon recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. From a friendly greeting from everyone as you walk in. There’s so much to choose from. Sandwiches cooked meats. Salads. Fresh veggies. Fresh meat. Freshly made sauces. Cheeses. I will return.
