Dropped into the local Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins after school ... bad idea. With 12 people in line there were originally 2 people behind the counter making drinks, getting donuts and scooping ice cream. After a few minutes, one of the workers disappears and there is now just one guy serving everyone?! They need to work on their staffing.

I love the ice cream from here, especiall Rocky Road. They have a large variety of flavors, however major improvements could be made to variety of toppings and to customer service. There are only 3-4 toppings that I know of are available.....M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles, and nuts. They could really add more. How about adding the most basic topping of all - chocolate chips? They have about 10 people behind the counter talking to themselves and when they finally approached you and you ask for a shake or a drink it takes them another 10 minutes to prepare it long Waits not very friendly service
