No complaints! Great "everything" bagel with lox spread. Great salads, vegan options, lower calorie salads available as well. Small place with a little bit of seating. Great staff, great location.

Great local spot. Bagels are delicious and they have the best iced coffee flavors. Try the marshmallow and cappuccino ones. Also a plus if you have little kids because you can see the train go by through the windows.

Today was the day of a review I guess...Waited around 8 minutes (timed it) in an empty store to finally order something...and then order came in very wrong. Got a toasted roll bacon agg and cheese ..with NO cheese...and no toasted..and coffee had barely any sugar, And paid $12, for bad service and a bad order. Disappointing.

This is my third visit and once again they could not get the order correct. I ordered two non toasted bagels with lox and a little cream cheese. I said it three times a little bit of cream cheese and I came home to a sloppy mess once again. No more. Thank you. And goodbye They only make it the way they want to they will not take your order.

I used to go regularly. On my last takeout order they gave me tofu cream cheese instead of regular. No big deal. We used butter and I tried to return the container marked tofu cream cheese. They refused to refund the $7. At first they claimed that the tofu was the same price, and then said they don't carry tofu cream cheese even though the package said it was. I left the container and walked out,NEVER to return. They were more considered about $7 and being right than taking care of a customer. No problem as I now go to Bagel Boss,
The food is nothing special at all. The service is full of rude people who act like they don't have the time for you. I've been going to this place for a few years now only because it's close to my house. The ambiance is rushed and the store is very dirty. Also the owners completely rip you off. What should be a 15 dollar order is $30. And when you use your credit card or debit card to pay on the machine they add an additional $1-2 for "using the debit card machine" and say that the machine itself charges a feee to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who uses it. That is a complete lie. Especially at that price. Over all don't go here unless you want to be ripped off, charged 30 dollars for mediocre bagels and deal with nasty people. Avoid this place if you have the option. Have a nice day! And happy bagel hunting everyone!

I ordered two everything bagels toasted. One sausage egg and cheese and one house special lox with scallion cream cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. There was a miscommunication about the lettuce, tomatoes and onions so it was missing, but I brought it back and they fixed it right away! Awesome staff and service goes a long way.
