Went for lunch on a weekday so it was quiet and service was super quick. The lunch roll special is a great and so so filling. Everything was fresh and delicious...super friendly atmosphere...a great place for lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: Veggie rolls, salad

Been coming here consistently with my family since I was my kid, excellent service and has by far the most amazing quality fish on long island (the tuna is out of this world amazing, it melts in your mouth), but my only complaint is the lighting and the plastic dividers. Been coming to Sakaya for years with my girlfriends. It's our "meeting spot." The sushi is always fresh. The hibachi is fun, and you don't leave smelling like the restaurant. Consistently good, and good service. The seating is also comfortable. You never feel like you're "on top" of anyone.
