Everyone that worked there that i ever dealt with was AMAZING & super helpful but your one employee Caitlin. Not a fan. Shes rude, acts like shes better than everyone around her when they are all trying to work around each other & get done what needs to be done. Not to mention you should really treat other employees with kindess especially in front of customers. I ordered 2 dozen donuts earlier in the week. I picked them up today with my order taped right on the top of the boxes. They handed them to me and I paid. Apparently I should have looked before I left because they must have forgotten I placed an order and just gave me random donuts last minute that I did NOT want. I specifically asked for no filling ones. They never mentioned anything to me and just hoped I wouldn’t notice 🤦♀️ At least own up that you forgot about...read full review
