Great food and drink! Would definitely stop again!

I've went their twice, and I can confidentley say, their pizza is meh at best, and the wings are average at best. The pizza is not worth trying. I can't speak on the price of things, since I have never paid. Quite honestly market side pizzas from Walmart is better than pizzas there. Their wings are definitely better, but still kinda dry. Buffalo wings are not spicy at all there, wich is kind of a bummer. I would not go out of my way to try foods here. I would simply spend my money so where else.

It's a good place for food and cocktails. Reasonable prices. You seat yourself, look over the menu and go to the counter to order your food. You get your own silverware and paper plates but they do bring your food and drinks to you. At least I don't have to cook 🙂. Very casual place. I had a personal pizza, supreme and it was very good and had leftovers too.

This place has some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know about my experience.

My family and I have ordered from Roadies for years, and the quality has gone downhill badly. We received subs that were cold and appeared spoiled. When we called to let them know, instead of addressing the issue professionally, we were accused of trying to get free food. We were promised a credit, but when we later called to use it, we were told there was no credit and were again accused of wanting free meals.

Our most recent order was just as disappointing. The wings were burnt and dried out, the pizza was undercooked and doughy, and several toppings were burnt. When we called, they demanded proof and made us return the original pizza before replacing it. The replacement was no better. I wouldn’t even feed it to a dog

What concerns me most is that we have even found hair in our food before. Between the food quality issues, customer service, and how concerns are handled, I can no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone.

If you’re thinking about ordering from here, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. After years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be returning. Not only that a friend of mine ordered coleslaw, and it was spoiled, and found a fingernail in their fish fry And the owner accuse them of trying to get free food You are warned

I don't usually make posts like this, but after today's experience with Roadies, I feel like people should know what happened.
I ordered two fish fries and a pizza. When we opened the meals, both servings of coleslaw appeared spoiled, and one of the fish fries contained what appeared to be a pink press-on fingernail mixed in with the fries.
My first reaction was not to ask for a refund. I called simply to let them know about the issues because I didn't want other customers to have the same experience. Unfortunately, instead of listening, I was immediately told that I was lying and only trying to get my money back. The owner insisted there was no way the coleslaw could be bad because it had been made earlier that day and stated that nobody working there wears fake nails.
When I offered to provide proof, I was challenged by the owner to bring the food in. So I did.
When I arrived, I explained again that my main concern wasn't even the food at that point it was how I had been treated. I never demanded a refund. I never called looking for compensation. I called as a customer trying to bring a problem to their attention.
Rather than hearing me out, I continued to be met with excuses and accusations. What stood out to me most was when I was told by the owner that they receive complaints about their food all the time. That statement made me wonder whether my experience was really as unusual as I was being told.
Everyone can have a bad day. Every restaurant can make a mistake. What disappointed me wasn't just the food it was the complete lack of accountability and the way a paying customer was treated for bringing a concern forward.
I was prepared to handle this with a simple phone call and move on. The response I received is the reason I'm sharing my experience publicly.

Update: The owner responded publicly stating the coleslaw was fresh and that no employees wear pink artificial nails. My concern was never identifying whose nail it was the concern was that a pink artificial nail was found in my food, and I wanted the business to be aware. While I was refunded, I was disappointed by being called a liar and treated poorly when I reported what I experienced. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make their own informed decisions.

Picked up my pizza I ordered and got all the way home just to see that it was made completely wrong. I ordered a medium pizza extra sauce square cut with pepperoni and mushroom on half. Pizza was pie cut, barely any sauce and pepperoni and mushroom on the entire pizza. I called right away, they said they would refund me my money. 8 days later still no refund. I didn’t have time to go back and get a new one because I had to work!

Not only was this some of the best pizza I've ever had, this is also staffed with some wonderful people! We visited here after an on-site physical event, where they kept the kitchen open just to make sure we were able to eat. They were extremely welcoming, friendly, and served some amazing food! We will 100% be coming back, and I highly recommend anyone else in the area to do the same!

The food, customer service and the owner of the place are all top notch. The place looks great inside and out and the food is very delicious. I highly recommend you to visit this place.
