I’ve tried breakfast sandwiches at this location multiple times and never gotten one that’s cooked. Cheese is never melted, egg is not cooked. It seems the only safe breakfast options are doughnuts and omelette bites. I just ate 1/4 of a bagel belt sandwich before throwing it out. Wilted lettuce, brown tomato, slab of cheese, uncooked egg on an untoasted bagel. What a waste of 6 bucks.
Staff is generally quite friendly and lunches have been pretty good.

The AM crew at the Alden Tim Hortons is fantastic! Every single time we are greeted with an energetic personality through the drive thru to order and getting our food as well. Even if their drive thru is super long, the staff promptly gets to everyone’s orders extremely fast. Thank you Alden Tim Hortons AM crew for making our mornings quick and doing it with very friendly smiles!

The food all seemed fresh, front counters clean, hosts very friendly, but the floors havent seen a broom or mop in a long time. Literally sticking , crumbs littered under tables at 9am when we and only one other person were inside the shop as customers. This shop could use help with cleaning. Made us wonder what the kitchen actually looked like.
