The Pointe Bar & Grill

Waiter couldn't manage to bring my husband his beer after asking twice, found him at the bar hanging out with co workers. Lobster roll,clams and French dip and 140 dollars later my husband and I left for a slice of pizza. The live music was good. A pretty bad lobster roll . The food just wasn't good.

Staff was very nice! Beautiful view of boldt castle a bit outdated! bar is cool built into rock ledge. Whole place needs paint and updated furniture. Food was OK. Nothing crazy but lobster rolls were lacking of lobster seasoning and should not have been $47. French fries were great

The metal chairs on the deck were very uncomfortable. Our server was sweet but we had to ask for more water, and a takeout box and the check. My husband loved hie salad with apples and candied nuts. They were out of Stella Artois beer. It was hard to find from the parking lot that Google took us to. There were a lot of stairs to get to it.

9/11/25 my mother was physically assaulted by the bartender here.

They were here dining at the Manor House restaurant. After waiting 45 minutes for salad to come out they got frustrated and asked what the delay was. The server brought the bartender out who proceeded to yell and film them(my mother and friends). For simply asking what’s taking 45 minutes for salad to come out?
My mother asked them not to film them and the bartender grabbed my mother by the neck and hit her head on the wall.
WHAT THE HELL??

Great drinks... mediocre food. Music was too loud to talk. Wasn't given an itemized bill at end and we were defiantly overcharged. Waitress would not provide one when asked. Will not be back.

Haven't been here in years, it was good to see the place. Great location on the water, unusual back back wall. Most importantly great bartender, she served us quickly and was great to talk to.

Cold drinks and a good view. Fun pitstop for my family and I on the way to Canada.

We’ visited the Pointe 3 times this 2024 river season. All three times the web site told us they were open. Only one time they were open.
Please take the time to update your FB page. We all realize this is a seasonal location and if you could post your dates and times of operation it would be appreciated.

Attempted to go here - very confusing

Service was so slow! They totally ignored us for 25 minutes. Service was terrible and food was only so so.
