The type of dining experience you want to have. Pricing is fair for the quality of the food, the portion sizes and presentation. Also, appreciated that everything was served at the right temperature. Our service was excellent, attentive but not rushed. All of the staff were very pleasant. Our server had a good understanding of the menu. I highly recommend and would definitely come back.

My husband, daughter, and I had a great experience at Cavallario's. We were there on a Monday evening and it was the perfect choice for dinner. Tory was our server and she was training Zoey. Both of them couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were just right. I would definitely make this a stop if we're ever in Alexandria Bay again.

Meatballs and steak were excellent. I'm not sure I cared for the bernaise sauce.

Cosmo was good and strong.

Seafood Alfredos sauce was broken so it was on the greasy side. The shrimp in the Alfredo was well cooked. Alfredo had angel hair instead of linguine or fettuccine for some reason.

Staff were very friendly and attentive.

The food and service was amazing last night! This place is always great every year we go to A Bay and last night was our favorite visit so far! The place is so clean and pretty inside too. I highly recommend it.

All the food was very good even if the presentation did not match the price point. Again the cocktails were fine but did not match the asking price point. The service was attentive and considerate despite it being a Sundays evening. The only thing I will say is that the price point does not match what you receive. Still a good meal.

Delicious food and great service! I highly recommend the bleu cheese stuffed filet with the blackberry glaze and the scallop appetizer. We'll be back ! Highly recommend!

We stopped at Cavallario's on our last night in A-bay on October 4th. The restaurant was amazing, clean, welcoming and appropriately set for large or small dining parties.

We were greeted and given our choice of inside or outside dining. We chose outside as it was still warm and there was live music being set up.

For an appetizer we went with the French onion soup and Prime Rib, Provolone & Hot Pepper Crispy Rolls. Both were spectacular. We chose hard seltzer for our drinks. For the main course we went with the filet and the 14oz Rib eye. The steaks were tasty, but not exceptional. I chalk this up to it being the end of the season and they were running out of stock. For dessert we went with the only available option, carrot cake. Which while good was not what I had originally wanted.

Overall, the service was exceptional, the food was good and the atmosphere was great. We'll be back next season to give them another try.
