Great food and very friendly and attentive service. For a small-town restaurant, the menu has loads of selections and the staff were accommodating of substitutions I wanted to make. We eat here whenever we visit our Saxon!

Dietary restrictions: In 6 years the chef has catered to my food allergies and has never messed up. I’ve eaten at every alfred and Hornell restaurant and every single one has given me a reaction except for Rosebush. The best!

Modern but quant atmosphere, they put the bush in rosebush. The best bush lite I’ve ever had! They add rosemary and basil to the bush lite! Who does that? Okay joking.... we had a good time, you should check it out. Obviously a cultured establishment with a sense for the culinary arts.

This is our special treat to ourselves; the salmon plates and chicken Cobb salad are AMAZING.They have the most unique and best tasting potato skin appetizer I have ever had.Their staff is fun & personable and the Owner is amazing and always there.We eat in and do take out and it's equally good quality. Decent prices and large portions!!Don't forget to try the specialty drinks!

Location is right between two universities in the village of Alfred NY. A little parking in the rear and on street parking up front. The restaurant is in one of the old buildings on main st and has a casual atmosphere. Nice selection of apps sandwiches and main dishes. Service was very good and so was the food. Chicken Alfredo had a very creamy and tasty homemade sauce. Prices were about average. Came highly recommended by many of the locals and they are right.
