I typically have my pizza and wings delivered, and it's always fabulous! I decided to pick up my food and was wildly disappointed and a bit disgusted of what the shop looked like. Walking in, I thought I entered the wrong building, doesn't scream pizza shop whatsoever. Made me second guess eating the food because the cleanliness was very poor. Knock on wood, the food has always been good, and we have never been ill from it. Service wasn't ideal, rushed me, and the staff member seemed more interested in his own family whom he was visiting when I walked in. I hope the owners see this and improve the looks, cleanliness, and service of their pizza shop. Please keep up the good work when it comes to the quality of your food!

Dont get me wrong the only issue we have ever really had with this place is lack of delivery availability in the past but the events today should be known so others know what they may experience. My girlfriend placed a carryout order at 5:32pm today, was told it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I arrived at 6:15pm to pick up food and was told it would be 10-15 minutes which is totally understandable, but was not the case. I finally recieved the food at 7:05 pm so a little more than an hour and a half after ordering. We don't usually complain but The music in the building was very loud and not very customer friendly which you could HEAR CLEARLY OUTSIDE THE BUSINESS.the chicken sandwiches didn't not come with the pasta salad like they were supposed to plus the sandwiches looked like they were thrown poorly together. We were offered a cookie and a coke for our wait.. seems like the owner could take some time and maybe find people to hire or have more than 1 or 2 people scheduled in one of if not the the busiest pizza shops in the area, especially located in a college town. We don't want to talk badly about the workers that CLEARLY ARE TRYING TO DO THE BEST THEY CAN FOR WHAT THEY ARE GIVEN TO WORK WITH AS WELL AS WHO THEY WORK FOR. It's not surprising why they have been losing workers lot lately.

Far as atmosphere N/A as I order to have delivered however i have been there, now this is the second time in a row that I ordered a pie and it literally fell thru the bottom of the soaked box! I do not often leave a food review unless it is mind blowingly delicious but in this case- well I think I am done ordering Mangias which sucks because they used to have a great slice! Reason I gave 3 stars is because their chicken tenders are homemade as-in they take and bread them themselves amazing 👏 maybe that is the answer 🤔 that this is a chicken only place for me from now on 🤷♂️ wish it'd allow me to post photos!

I love the place but past three times it was sorry we messed up your order or the driver accidentally took your food it will be 20 more minutes wouldn’t mind if they gave a discount or something free coupon nothing think I will take a break until they get organized just wish customer service was better

Delivery was fast Pizza was good as usual Chicken tenders and wings I order and had to say do not over cook the chicken. Needless to say dark brown breading overcooked dry ugh

I used to live in Allegany and Mangia was always my go-to. I was in the area last week and grabbed a pizza for my family to try. It has created a problem. They also have fallen in love with the pizza and we live over an hour away. So beware, you might end up driving multiple hours if you try it once.
