Just want to share how great the girls are at this bakery I ordered pies for Thanksgiving both pumpkin and a gluten free apple that were delicious !! So when I called to place my order I asked if they had pumpkin roll which I was so ever politely told no but if I wanted one that they would make me one and so they made me their first pumpkin roll and it was phenomenal best one I've ever had !!!

We searched yelp for a place that has salads and sandwiches and although their menu is posted with these things, they only serve baked goods. Frustrating when you go out of your way for "natural" foods as their name and menu suggest.

Amazingly delicious food...super friendly staff!! Came here for a birthday brunch with my family. The breakfast bomb was so yummy and the blueberry scone was too. I had to bring half of each home they were so filling. The family had breakfast bowls and were thrilled with them as well. The coffee is large and delicious. We will definitely be back when we are in Guilderland!

There isn't much of a selection. The grilled chicken sandwich I got was good. However, the portion was not very generous given the price of almost $10.

ok, so I don't usually complain, but i got a sandwich from here and it had 2 hairs in it! I told the owner, a lady with big teeth and she so rude! Didn't even apologize! She also treats her staff like crap! This lady is a bi***! Spend your money elsewhere! Shady place.
