“We had a joyous birthday celebration at my son’s favorite restaurant. Akanomi’s staff and sushi chefs, itamae, excelled at all endeavors. Vivan was spot on with her suggestions and service. She anticipated all of our needs, especially with our children. The chicken soba soup, tuna carpaccio and Hawaii Rolls were our favorites. Then the sashimi / sushi mixed roll party docked. It was stunning in presentation, offerings and taste. Oh my, it was very impressive. A most wonderful time was had by all.”

They truly have it all – from the best ciders (their sparkling cider is a must-try!) and good beer to amazing food that keeps you coming back. There’s something for everyone here. The kids love seeing the animals, and there’s plenty of seating, including a cozy fire pit to relax by. Apple picking is a blast, and you can even pick fresh raspberries when they’re in season.

The country store is a treasure trove, offering homemade cider donuts that are absolutely delicious and some of the freshest apple cider you’ll ever taste. Indian Ladder Farms is a fun-filled spot with a relaxed vibe – perfect for making family memories and enjoying the best of fall!”

“Updating my review because I forgot to write in it . ? We are so happy to have Cullens in the village and we hope they do well. If you visit, please take the time to leave a review as well! We hope this small business is supported and stays with us for a long time, they deserve it. We popped in this morning for some bagels and coffee. As expected the bagels and fresh cream cheese were absolutely delicious and they had a great variety. One of my biggest flaws is how picky I am about coffee so typically I don’t even attempt to order it when we go out, but today I tried their banana nut latte. Seriously, it was the best coffee I’ve ever ordered! I can’t shut up about it and I can’t wait to to get another tomorrow morning. Definitely take the risk and order yourself a fancy coffee next time you are in the area. Wishing the Cullens crew nothing but the best- thank you!”

“First time visiting Bamboo Garden, the young lady behind the counter was sweet and friendly. My son ordered crab rangoons and he says they are the biggest he has ever seen!! He asked for extra beef in his pepper and steak meal and extra he received. Meal was delicious,we definitely will be back ??”

“My first time at this location. Its in a tough spot to get in and out of because of the high traffic volume. First impression when I walked in was pleasant. Small but clean and quiet. Staff greated myself and a few minutes later, another guy, as we walked in. They were all very professional and friendly, clean and efficient. I've never had a "bad" experience at a subway, less than great, but never BAD. This location, at least when I was there, was excellent overall. I'll definitely stop in there anytime I'm in that area again!”

“I came in to DD and asked the employees to get creative with my drink.. I told them I normally get an iced matcha. I have no idea what Angelo did but it’s the best iced coffee I’ve had in a long time!!”

“They’ve been in Altamont for a very long time and owners frequently change and so does there food. They hadn’t been good for many years, but owners have changed again and there pizza is really good. I honestly prefer it over most pizza in Albany.”

This place doesn’t not disappoint at all. They only have been open for 4 months and everything they do is perfect. The first thing you notice when you go in there is how clean everything is, from floors, walls, seating, kitchen, etc. The food is unmatched by any other, very generous portions, the quality is excellent and the taste is consistently amazing. They cook their food well and the spices are perfect. The price is very reasonable for the quality of their dishes. Lastly, the workers there are extremely respectful, kind and hospitable. They make me feel welcomed every time I come in especially now that I’m a regular there. Keep up the good work!”

“First time here and it was absolutely amazing! The service and staff are totally professional and accommodating, they explain everything to you with step by step instructions. I have never done anything like this before and let me tell you it is a experience! They give you 2 hours to eat all you can, unlimited unalcoholic drinks, and there is a sauce bar with all different types of sauces to put on your food. My husband was in his glory with all the different meat selections. He had pork belly and lamb, I had chicken and my son had steak. The fried rice was delicious and so was the spring rolls and my absolute favorite was the dumplings! You definitely do not leave there hungry. It's a little pricey but it's worth it! Definitely going back!”

“Pork Summer rolls were great, and my dining partner and I both enjoyed our Pho. Music and ambience was casual and relaxing. I do wish I had known there was a beverage and dessert menu separate from dinner menu. I was offered tea but declined not realizing Vietnamese and Thai Iced tea were available in addition to hot teas. Drink and dessert menu was in stand on table next to our table but not ours as it was two tables together for four that was spilt into two for two when we sat down and the beverage menu was on the other one unknown to me.”
