“This was my first time going, I called in the order a talked with the owner and had a great experience from the getgo. Firstly, just talking over the phone he was so nice a patient with me as he went over what seemed like the entire menu with me telling me all sorts of things, from which is most popular to what’s house made and what he likes. When I went to pick up my order he gave me a discount due to what I had ordered(which wasn’t necessary but appreciated). The atmosphere within the building just seemed so friendly and inviting. I went later in the night so it wasn’t as busy, but from calling in the order to pickup was around 20ish minutes. I ordered the southern garlic wings, bbq boneless wings and a chicken Caesar wrap. I order e mine crispy and they delivered. The garlic parm was one of the best sauces I’ve had in awhile, the boneless wings were tender juicy and full of flavor, the chicken Caesar wrap was full of chicken and flavor. Overall this was one of the best places I’ve been too in awhile. Thank you for helping me with dinner and I’ll definitely be back!”

“I give this restaurant five stars with a little hesitation. Here's the reason. I called on a Friday night to order some chicken parmesan. I was told they don't make chicken Parmesan that night they will be making it the next night. What good is a menu if you're not going to cook the food on that menu? I hung up the phone and went home. The next night I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was spectacular. Everything was just perfect the sauce the chicken the cheese the ziti it all work together perfectly. I will definitely be going back to try the eggplant parm. It would be nice if they included in the menu the days that they would be making each individual item it would take a little longer but it's the right thing to do. All in all though a great place for food.”

“I noticed a Facebook post from the babbling brook and realized I had no idea what it was. So when we were thinking of where to go to dinner tonight we decided to try it. At 5:30 pm on a Saturday we snagged the last inside table that was not reserved. So I definitely recommend reservations on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was great. Adorable little place with a nice bar. The staff was awesome, super accommodating and friendly. While we were waiting for a table multiple waitresses let us know they saw us and would be right with us. The food was amazing. Their French fries look homemade and we're delicious, perfectly crispy! I had the French dip sandwich which was perfect, my husband had a turkey club which he said was amazing. And our son had a grilled cheese from the kids menu. They have excellent bar options and great kids menu drinks. 20/10 we will definitely be returning soon!Parking: Parking is across the road from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have a nice kids menu and awesome kid friendly drink options.”

“We pass through the area regularly enough to have been here many times. The staff are all friendly, even though they don't know our names as they do for most of those who eat there! The breakfast items we've ordered are always properly prepared, and the coffee hot, but the one time we ate off the lunch menu we weren't thrilled and decided that in the future we'd stick with breakfast, which they serve morning and afternoon (we've never made it there the one evening a week they're open for dinner). They always have breakfast specials which are very reasonably priced and the atmosphere is a welcome step back in time so we look forward to returning.”

“We had our wedding reception here 30+ years ago and would've have it 5 stars then too! Today, one of few places that has a salad bar, simple as it is. Food is delicious and staff is friendly and attentive. Bar area can be a bit loud due to the fact it's really the only bar in the area. Outdoor seating seasonally lakeside is wonderful. Prices are reasonable and husband loves the prime rib! Never had a bad meal here!”

“Went with family for dinner. I'm gluten intolerant and there weren't many options for me and the option of a gluten free pizza was off the table as their pizza oven was down. Aside from my dinner everyone in our party was happy with their meal.”

Micah and Rochelle’s food is always innovative and delectably delicious. Their burgers are top shelf, as is everything which comes fresh from their farm. The setting and the service are exemplary and the reason people come far and wide for Kuhars! Rochelle has gone above and beyond to stock their farm fridge for the days you need something delicious to grab and go. The Moroccan Chicken dish was inspired and perfectly executed. My husband and I are so grateful to be within walking distance to this very special farm stand not only for the excellent food but for the community. Kuhars is truly special.”

“First time visiting Bamboo Garden, the young lady behind the counter was sweet and friendly. My son ordered crab rangoons and he says they are the biggest he has ever seen!! “We came on a whim and the food, was delicious. We got the Buffalo chicken dip as a starter, it was super creamy and just the right amount of spicy I wouldn't get enough. Got the 12oz NY strip steak special, it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Also had the street corn pizza special, it was amazing! The service was incredible, she took such great care of us. I could not get enough of the food. Everything is amazing. This is a must visit place for food.”
