We stopped here because we got stuck in a snow squall and this was the closest place to take a break. The staff was so friendly and took such great care of us. The hot soup was exactly what we needed. We were debating getting our sandwich to go as there was a break in the weather and before we finished discussing it the sandwich was delivered, wrapped for the road, in case we were trying to hurry out. Had 2 meals there 1 breakfast 1 lunch a little bit pricey but it's new york breakfast was great with good service. The lunch was not great for the cost. Burger was like a McDonald's one and over cookedParking: Big lot trucker friendly

this place is a historical gem!!!my swiss cheese chef burger with bacon was absolutely delicious! the bacon was crispy and not greasy. my husband had the western omelette that he enjoyed. the coffee was fresh, the place was clean and our server was very nice. if you are in the area and appreciate old fashioned diners you will enjoy this place. thank you to your cook also!
