The last 2 times I went there they messed up. I have been going here for years. They are rude and don't care to loose any customers. My last order was completely messed up and I called and told them they told me I would have a credit for my next order. I tried to order again and they refused to give me all the credit that was owed then told me they don't care and hung up. I will never go there again and they don't care his words
In regards to your response, I most definitely had to call after getting home and Not consuming the food. Maybe if you guys could get the order right the first time maybe we wouldn't be calling after leaving. So yes there has been numerous times having to call and get things correct. Trust my business will be appreciated elsewhere. And the only reason I was rude was because after speaking with 3 different people he told me that they don't care about any of this and hung up on. If you don't believe me, read similar reviews on how they treat their customers.

Not my usual go to but they were closed tonight. Ordered via a delivery service and got a veggie egg roll, vegetable moo shu, lobster chop suey, and veggie fried rice. It was okay. It was typical take out Chinese. They deserve credit for having lobster dishes available. The fried rice, that I ordered with egg had no egg. There were NO packets of soy, duck, or mustard in the bag. I have never needed to ask for this at other places.

Ordered tonite! Soup was room temp and lflavorless. The moo shu pork was missing the hoisin sauce and round wraps. The chicken dishes tasted like over fried batter w little to no chicken. Very disappointed
