⭐ 1 Star This Dunkin’ is the worst I’ve been to. First visit, my iced coffee order was wrong after a 25-minute wait in the drive-thru. Second visit, I waited nearly 20 minutes inside for a simple breakfast sandwich and hash browns while 5–6 employees stood around doing nothing. I walked out without my food. Total waste of TIME and money!! Management seriously needs to retrain or replace the staff.

This Dunkin is my favorite one. The staff is great, very knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing them every day. Badger is excellent and the front count. Er lady is a great person to see if you're down because she always cheers up your day

Went to the drive-thru. Loud machine behind the building makes it hard to hear. I waited about 1 min to be told she would be with me in a min. Only 1 other car was waiting for food at the window.I ordered 2 iced coffee’s. One mocha one Carmel swirl with cream and LIQUID sugar. She repeated my order and I corrected the sugar telling her liquid sugar. When I got the coffee it was not stirred ok no big deal. I stored it and took a sip. Coffee tasted burnt. I will never go back as there are a few times I go there and every time it’s undrinkable.

I am a creature of habit, especially for garden cc on everything bagels. Ordering the same thing, place and time everytime.
First note, is they take very long to make mobile orders, I would pre-order 15 minutes away, only a couple bagels, arrive and still be waiting. Its annoying to come in and see 4 people working, and 3 of them on there phones standing around while one gets the work done. Messed up the orders a couple times, plain CC is gross to me, and in a rush to work, can't stop, turn around and wait another 15 minutes. Sometimes they make tasty bagels, other times, its tough to bite into because of the staleness.
Nice gas station, much variety, very wow.

Then told me that my Dunkin card had less on it than it really did and took the card. Will never go there again. Do not recommend to anyone.

As sad as this is to admit I am a creature of habit and after relocating my office close by I stated to go to this Dunkin just about every morning (berry burst and bagel).
The staff during the week are always friendly, have smiles on their faces and are consistent. I know the weekend crew might change a bit so I can't comment on that but the AM team is fantastic!
I am so glad we have a Dunkin location in Altamont!

Terrible service, take forever to finish orders, speak on top of the food. They don’t have proper supervision. I am very disappointed, I used to go there often…I had to leave my food a couple of times due to this.

I'm standing at the counter and some woman is trying to get Her app to work on Her phone there are 4 employees behind the counter and no one will take care of me finally I say something and a guy comes Uber to take care of me and then while he's putting on his gloves he starts app a conversation with the manager and they just stand there and talk and completely ignore me I stood there for 10 minutes with foreign employees behind the counter and nobody would wait on me finally I said something and they finally waited on me and I got out of there but it was absolutely ridiculous
