I'm standing at the counter and some woman is trying to get Her app to work on Her phone there are 4 employees behind the counter and no one will take care of me finally I say something and a guy comes Uber to take care of me and then while he's putting on his gloves he starts app a conversation with the manager and they just stand there and talk and completely ignore me I stood there for 10 minutes with foreign employees behind the counter and nobody would wait on me finally I said something and they finally waited on me and I got out of there but it was absolutely ridiculous

I went into to this Dunkin to get a few donuts. I was never greeted by the two ladies behind the counter, no even acknowledged. I waited for 10 minutes and no one said a word to me so I walked out. There service sucks! You have lost my business. I will go to a Dunkin that knows how to treat customers!

OMG, the Dunkin in Altamont has to be the absolute slowest Dunkin in the history of drive thru. It took me 15 minutes in the drive thru to get a simple cup of coffee. Part of the problem is the people from Guilderland High School who order 4 or 5 food items. But even without that, the staff just seem incapable of providing fast, efficient service. I could brew the coffee myself in the time it takes them to serve me. I asked if they were understaffed or if there was a problem that was causing such a long delay and the server just smiled and said "No we are just slow". Well she got that right! I'm not stopping here again any time soon.
