Absolutely phenomenal!!! By far the best Indian food we have had. The restaurant was so clean and the food was so delicious! Clean tasting too! Such a variety to choose from. 10/10!

At least 5 or 6 entrees are specifically labeled vegan. Tried two (channa masala and okra curry), both were great. Will order from here again! Good prices too for the serving size

I've gone to the Guilderland/Albany location three times now over a few months anticipating the Amsterdam location opening and have enjoyed every time. Subtle rotations keep the options interesting while their reliable options (like jalfrezi paneer and chicken tikki) are consistently delicious.

Can't wait to have closer access when the new location opens.

Excellent food, service, less in price great in quality and apt amount of quantity. Highly recommended place for fine dine especially vegetarian food. Never seen a vegetarian restaurant in USA who have mushroom in the menu other than this Great Indian Restaurant. As per the name, this is definitely the “Great Indian Kitchen”.

This place was amazing! Buffet lunch for starters and the absolute best Lamb curry I've ever had. Their Chicken Tiki Marsala was excellent also! They told me that on Weekends they serve Goat Curry! There's no Indian restaurant that I know of that serve Lamb Curry on a buffet let alone Goat Curry! Don't miss this place !

I had the pleasure of dining at Great Indian Kitchen in Albany, and it exceeded all my expectations. The buffet offered an extensive selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, representing authentic flavors from both North and South Indian cuisines. Every dish I tried was delicious and full of traditional, rich taste.

The ambiance of the restaurant is warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes off the highway, making it an easy stop for anyone traveling on 87 N/S or 90 E/W in New York State. It's the perfect spot for a break without a big detour, ideal for travelers seeking a quick yet fulfilling meal.

The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. I visited on a Saturday, and the buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of dishes at a very reasonable price. It's a great opportunity to sample different Indian dishes if you're new to the cuisine.

I would highly recommend Great Indian Kitchen to anyone in the area or passing through. A must-visit for lovers of authentic Indian food!
