I was overcharged for 2 sandwiches. i waited in line for at least 10 mins (which is NOT what im complaining about) to look at the menu and read prices and options and simply decide. the sandwich i had chosen was $ 15 for a foot long. i was charged for a different sandwich and was charged with additional charges for “additional ingredients”. i had the same ingredients as displayed. i was charged $3 for bacon, but my sandwich i had chosen was a chicken bacon ranch. When i paid, the woman was walking away from the register to continue making sandwiches so i tried to grab my receipt myself, she took it out of my hand. Handed me a different copy of my receipt i said “is this my receipt or a different one” she said “yes it is” in a very condescending tone. i left paying almost $35 for a foot long and a 6inch. i also didn’t see this woman change her gloves ONCE the entire time i was there, while making at least 10 sandwiches before mine. never going here again.

We got the foot-long nachos for five dollars in the box was almost empty. There was about 10 chips in it and very little topping. When you make something like this for a customer, make it the way you would like to have it yourself. Don’t cheat the customer!!!!! pick up your phone
