Best Pizza on East End now that Brooklyn Best is closed. White pizza really good they zest lemon on it rounds the flavor out
I was genuinely humbled to have the chance to visit Fini Pizza in Amagansett, as it has a reputation that many people speak highly of. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The manager, Chelsei, displayed a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that was deeply disappointing. Rather than creating a welcoming environment, her attitude came across as dismissive and unnecessarily abrasive, which overshadowed the entire visit.
It is important to note that the two Irish boys working behind the counter were the complete opposite - they were kind, polite, and attentive. Their professionalism stood out and made it clear that they were doing their best to provide good service despite the circumstances.
Good customer service starts at the top, and when management fails to set the right tone, the whole establishment suffers. Unfortunately, because of the behavior of the manager, I left Fini Pizza with a very negative impression and cannot recommend it to others.

You’re really ripping customers off. You’re charging $6.25 for just one slice of pizza. And it’s not even a proper slice—it’s tiny, more like half a slice. That’s shameful. Look, I’m putting a picture here. This is a pizza shop in Manorville, and I’m also posting their prices below. Their slices are bigger than yours, and they give you 2 slices plus a drink. You can’t overcharge people like this.

Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered half cheese and half pepperoni. The pepperoni had to have been very cheap because it was super greasy and tasted of rotten meat. I tossed half the pizza after three bites. I took three bites just to be sure. Tried to cheese side and the tomato topping was not up to par or even close. They use cheap ingredients, no doubt. The crust is thin, so that is fine for people who like thin crust. I do not really care about the crust. Thin or thick is fine with me as long as it is delicious. This crust was like cardboard and overly burnt. The place is super busy because it is the only pizza game in town. It is staffed by young kids with no direction, so the service is laughably bad. The atmosphere is fine because it is Amagansett. We tossed the $50 pizza and went back to our summer place to have sandwiches, being too hungry to go to another place to eat. So in the end, we had a great meal. I have only had one bad meal in town, and that was tonight. There was a very good pizza place, but it is gone now. We tried this one just on a whim. Never again.

Was great when they first opened, the quality of the pizza has dropped off. Not worth it anymore unfortunately.
The pizza is fine. But you won’t be served. They are backed up, confused, and not trying to solve it. Order a pizza, wait, keep waiting, the cashier will say another forty minutes. But he won’t look up your name or whether he even has your order. Your pizza could be ready. He doesn’t care. Won’t look. Pizzas come out ready, they get boxed, and no one calls a name. They just stack them and keep boxing. Pizzas sit there getting cold while an angry line of customers grows. Everyone gets told forty minutes. The pizzas have to be for someone. But no one cares to pass them out.
I hope they go out of business.
I ordered a pie on their website and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went there to pick it up 20 minutes later and they told me it would take two hours!! There were 20 other people waiting for their pizzas too. Clearly they were too busy and should’ve just stopped taking orders. Apparently this isn’t the first time this has happened. Other customers there told me this is par for the course. To make matters worse, the person behind the counter had a really bad attitude. I will never go there again

Best pizza in Montauk. Closest thing to pizza in the city. Great place to get a pizza and just hang out. There is a seating area and a lawn next door which is great for when you just want to hang out and have a great setting. Can get busy in the summer, but it's worth the wait.

Walked in for a few slices on a Wednesday at 1pm. All came out of the oven within 5 minutes from ordering. They must have been leftover pizzas because they were refrigerator cold. Also one the girls who takes your order is nasty, she stunk up the whole place with her attitude. Sorry you aren’t at the beach and your serving slices
