First maybe some people say they have Food poisoning but if you are not aware of the food then maybe you may need some more time with it. Also since they are Cantonese and mandarin so there are different styles of chinese cooking and we must agree that from south china to northern china it is different. Cantonese have a different style and type of cooking that is different some are the same and some are different. Very little people. We ordered like 3 things on the menu got them...
As a local I've tried all the Chinese restaurants in the area and best taste truly lives up to the name. There's much less grease and the food is delicious. It's by far the best chinese restaurant in east hampton
Clean oil is the best way to start. There isn’t a place that prepares fresher Chinese American cuisine than Best Taste. They are worth the trip to Amagansett and you won’t be disappointed
