Used to ship our catch into Fulton's Fish Market in NYC. After loading our catch while my dad filled out the paperwork, I would go into the shop getting lunch or dinner and it was always top notch! Everything is fresh!

Small, quaint, off the much beaten and overly hyped hamptons scene. Stuarts has fresh quality seafood daily. Ask for their fresh catch so you aren't buying farmed fish. We had the sea bass last night and it was melt in your mouth fresh. In the early autumn we go there while it is still warm out and order 3 dozen shucked oyster and sit on the picnic benches right outside their front door and have a magical early autumn feast. Love this place.

Great fresh seafood. We regularly buy clams preshucked on the half shell and have never been disappointed. Everything we’ve tried has been top notch. Is it pricey? Yeah I guess, but it’s the freaking Hamptons whattya expect?
