The food was decent. The food we ordered tasted fine but service was quite poor. Staff showed no interest in serving.
1. Waiter did not refill water or check on us. 2. We had our 1 year old son, waiter could have asked is we needed a high chair. 3. Waiter was no where to be found after the food was brought out. When we asked the other server for help, he got annoyed. 4. My dish tasted exactly the same as General Tso. Almost indistinguishable.

Zakura is one of best, if not, the best that’s available on the east end. The food is amazing, the prices are reasonable and the ambience is so special. The sushi chefs are amazing and even the takeout is top-notch.

I had a great experience here with three of my friends! We were there on the earlier side for dinner but our waiter was very attentive and nice. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed both my rolls- the M&N roll and a spicy tuna avocado roll. The fish tanks in the middle of the dining room were cool too. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Absolutely fantastic food! The sushi size was massive and very delicious. My only advice is not to pack multiple rolls of sushi in the same box.
It's okay when it's the same thing, but when it's different it could cause cross contamination for those who could have a food allergy. Those who didn't realize they were getting their food mixed with others.
Other than that though the place is fantastic!!

I'm glad it's been there for 40 years cuz I go there whenever I'm in town.
I was under the impression it was of the same quality as Zakura Amagannsett. It was completely different and definitely fast food . Shumai was fried and cold, Sashimi was as thick as a steak and poorly sliced. The soy sauce was even bad. I had a bill of $145 way too expensive for really bad food. Upside, I did not get sick. Make the effort and go to the restaurant.

The Japanese Fried Rice and Sweet and Spicy Kara-age were delicious and the portion sizes were great. Probably the best fried rice I’ve had in the hamptons.
