Panacea is a must visit - The food, atmosphere, and service in combination made for one of the best meal experiences I’ve had in a while. A variety of types cuisine are offered with something for every taste. Even with such a diverse offering, the menu has a clear sense of wholeness with every plate thoughtfully having a relationship with everything else on the menu. A sense of warmth and homeyness was tucked away in these tasting level meals, expert execution tying every plate together. All of this in a cozy dining room that truly evoked a sense of being invited into a home (with the hospitality to match!). We ate nearly every bite of 4+ entrees between 3 of us, we could not stop stuffing our faces it was simply so delicious. Hats off to the incredible chefs and staff. Will certainly be back again.

Had the smash burger with added bacon, one of the best burgers I’ve had in the area! Wonderfully warm atmosphere, friendly attentive staff and the chef owners are genuinely kind people who have created a very special place. Definitely a hidden gem, will be spreading the word!

We read Aly Rutherford’s review and decided to go here. She was right on - excellent food ( my wife said “I could eat here every day”!), service ( our host and B our waitress were both welcoming and attentive. We were especially moved by th e owner/ chef visiting with us and checking in ! We will definitely drive the 2 hrs to return here!!

It is a wonder to behold the extraordinary care and thoughtfulness shown by Panacea to me, my wife and our friends during a recent dinner at Panacea.
Because of restricted by a very low fat diet, I am often limited in what I can enjoy when dining out. Panacea had their kitchen prepare a custom meal for me—a pasta dish with red sauce made without oil, accompanied by a side of beautifully charred, oil free Japanese peppers. The food was not only delicious, but it allowed me to fully share a wonderful dining experience with my companions, who themselves thoroughly enjoyed their dishes from your menu.
We were all impressed by the quality of the food, the attention to detail, and the warmth of the service. Their willingness to accommodate my needs so graciously turned our evening into something especially memorable.

Fantastic restaurant. The ambience is outstanding. The food was out of this world. I had the sea bream pho - complex flavors and super fresh fish. I also shared my wife’s Campanelle pasta - which was incredibly fresh and summery. Make sure to order the roti bread starter; we had to get a second order. And the Japanese sweet potatoes with wasabi aioli were a star dish. I can’t wait to go back.

As someone who came from the city and works in the industry, I know first hand the whole spectrum of experiences and genuinely Panacea stands out in so many ways. The food: fresh, creative, flavorful; I can confidently say it was actually the best pasta I’ve had in this country, and the cucumber salad is unmatched. The service: attentive, tailored, more than approachable; Khendum, Jake and the staff go above and beyond to actually make you feel at home. They as the chefs know the people who come in, they have personal connections and it’s earnest which is not a common thing by any means! The atmosphere: tasteful, eclectic, personal; you can see their personality come through, from the menu to the art work, and even if you’re not someone who cares as much about interior design there is definitely a craft to curating a space to make you feel comfortable and intrigued. I simply can’t rave enough about what they’ve built here, it’s unique and beautiful and so worth coming from wherever you are to experience. Thank you for existing!!!

I loved everything! The patio was delightful. Our server was very attentive! The drinks were amazing and the food delicious ! The croquettes were the best I have every had. We also had two pasta dishes that were both great and split a burger. Dessert was an Olive oil cake and so yummy. I wish I had tried more things on the menu but I was about to burst!

Shout-out to everyone involved with this incredible establishment that makes it all so great. From Fish, our attentive and knowledgable server who paced all 10000 of our dishes out so properly. I love a server who takes control and takes any thinking/guessing out from the guests' heads. And then the food. Wow oh Wow. Chef Jacob and Chef Khendum are not just a power couple, but power-leaders in all fronts of the restaurant but man do they know how to cook, execute, and serve food you will remember for a long time. Every bite, from the Great Balls of Fire (need to learn how to make that Romesco) to the Sea Bream, from the Tuna & Crispy Rice to all THREE of the pastas we had (Mafaldine, Radiatore, Agnolotti)... everything was just divine. Massive kudos to Panacea and one year later, they are just getting started. If you are within any reasonable radius of this establishment, GO.

This place is an absolute gem. Worth the drive from NYC or really anywhere. The chefs and owners are incredibly nice and the food is some of the best you will find anywhere in the country. Handmade pastas, perfectly cooked mains, awesome cocktails, in a gorgeous space. Go check it out asap!
