“I absolutely love Fudgy's Ice Cream! I am a huge fan of their milkshakes, and although I've only been there a couple of times, I've really enjoyed their milkshakes. I got to try four of their flavors and tried some of my mom's chocolate dip shell. I really love the ice cream flavors, swirls, and milkshake options. There are so many things that I wish I could try there, although I'm almost never in the area. I will definitely be here again if I'm nearby or driving through.”

“My partner and I recently took a trip up from the city to visit Serevan, an absolutely exquisite restaurant in the Hudson River Valley. I had dined there many times before and to visit the owner and head chef, Serge Madikians. Each and every time, I was treated like family by the entire staff. As a vegan, Serge made sure to accommodate me with wonderful plant-based dishes; the kitchen is always ready to provide a vegan friendly meal and will accommodate all dietary requirements. Dishes are inventive and exotic, along with being plated like artwork. As for the ambiance, Serevan is one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever been to. Both my partner and I are in the art field, painter and art historian respectively, and we appreciate the high aesthetics that are found in both Serevan's decor and dishes. We cannot say enough great things about this gem, tucked away in the Hudson River Valley. A must go-to destination!”

“Their sandwiches are fantastic, they use real hard rolls with the poppyseeds that most places have moved away from. It's small and not a sit-down place really, they have 2 or 3 small tables. However it's a deli so wouldn't expect them to have a sit-down. Great place to pickup breakfast sandwiches or lunch sandwiches. Best deli in the Dover/Amenia area”

“We came in from out of town on Monday evening and sat at the bar. Our bartender Melissa was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave us some great recommendations. I had an everything burger which was charred grilled and delicious with sweet potato fries, and my wife had the quiche with a garden salad that she enjoyed immensely.”

We had the Spicy Chicken Katsu and Katsu Deluxe the other night, it blew our minds how good it was!! While the bar/restaurant area is very small and gets crowded quickly, they offer a pick up option on the side of the business (this is the way to go).”

“The fricken best. Hands down. Owners an OG from the Gambino neighborhood. Marinara sauce takes 10 hrs to make and uses organic san marzanos. These guys know what's up. I come out here once a year for a race at limerock and Deanos is always a stop on the way out. Gentleman this is the guy from Rochester who asked for whatever marinara sauce you could part with and told you he didn't care what it cost.So we always order calzones and guys......I gotta say......this fricken meat baby you put together for me was next level alright? From the quality of the rocioitta to the beautiful mozz that was stuffed inside this perfect dough baby. Look a chicken pepp and spinach calzone is not supposed to taste this good. Especially for $12 come on..and the homemade sauce on top of that? I'm talking we got tomato seeds, fresh basil (which is sweet as all hell, just beautiful basil) onions that you know have been sweating for a minute. Next time im down that way I'm gonna have to call in a gallon order of that sauce.Long story short. Good people. Good pies. Good calzones. Damn good ingredients and it shows. You guys get it. “Met a girlfriend for a quick Christmas breakfast…That lasted 2.5 hrs. This deli was suggested by my husband for a great breakfast and nice relaxing atmosphere. We were greeted with smiles from staff and other customers. Placed our orders, grabbed fresh brewed coffee and awaited yummy French Toast, perfect cooked bacon, veggie & ham omelet, & potatoes cooked just right. “Vegan review:Came to here after renting an airbnb in Kent for a bachelorette party. We reached out to Sophie's ahead of time because we had a few vegans in our party (myself included), and were looking for somewhere with a few options for them. They were super pleasant and responsive to our questions, and told us they could make us a custom cake for the occasion (we ordered a coffee cake, which was already vegan).They gave us a private room for our party, and allowed us to bring champagne for mimosas. Not only did they have vegan options, but they had a special menu with several additional vegan specials made up and printed out for us! We got the vegan blueberry French toast (awesome), the vegan harissa toast (wow), and the vegan tofu sunrise wrap (honestly so good- so many non-vegan places don't know how to actually use spices to make the tofu TASTE like something, but Sophie's knows their stuff!) they also had a house-made vegan ranch dressing that was the best dressing I've ever had??The non vegans got pancakes, eggs Benedict etc (all the classics) and we had rave reviews all around. Our servers were wonderful. Everyone LOVED the coffee cake, including the non vegans, who couldn't tell the difference. It was so moist and decadent. Coffee was really good. They had some rad looking pastries in the case (several vegan!). Also, not sure if I'm just traumatized by living in NYC, but the prices were GREAT- super affordable.We will definitely go out of our way to make a stop back in the area soon to head back to Sophie's. Can't recommend them enough, it was the perfect end to our weekend.Dietary restrictions: Amazing vegan options!”

“WE LOVE Kelly’s ice cream and Kelly’s husband food truck (although we feel sad he doesn’t get to have a name for his own truck! lol). The ice cream is great, I’m obsessed with their daily freshly made waffle cones. Kelly’s husband food truck has great burgers. And we love the decoration on special holidays, the huge gazebo with fire pits and all.”

“Food price / quality (value) rating: 10. We've now been here twice. This is now at the top of our list for value. The atmosphere is a contemporary pub / tavern style. Owner / Operators George and Tara are typically on location assuring top quality.Well balanced menu offerings make it easy to find something you'll like. I had the Shrimp Santiago, which had perfectly cooked linguine and 7 shrimp, and was presented beautifully. The wife had the Filet of Sole and stated that she loved it. The entrees included freshly heated rolls and a very decent salad. The portions were large, and we both will get a second meal out of them. We also split a Tiramisu dessert that was excellent and very different from any that I've had prior. On our second visit I got TWO OF THEM to go! They have a fairly limited, but well chosen offering of bottled beers, but no draught beer. The prices are very reasonable, and the service was excellent. It's easy to tell that the owners are not unfamiliar with the restaurant business! Highly recommended!”

“This is one of those places, as an out of towner, you ask yourself if it’s a good idea to go, as you’re walking up to it. Only to find out it’s filled with great people and great conversation. This is usually the case, but it’s a testament to our country for sure. If a cold beer, darts, keno(QuickDraw), and a speedy bar tender sounds like a good time, then you’ve come to the right place. “I've been going to the Millbrook deli before the new co-owners and they had been so consistent with there food I love it. I always get there hamburger with fries combo and they never mess up my order. The service is great she always greets me with a smile and makes sure I'm doing good.
