Three years ago, we moved from New York to Texas and I still forever miss Ritchie’s! Growing up in the small town of Amenia, my husband and I always loved grabbing a good breakfast sandwich or an easy lunch there. The hard rolls and bagels are something you just can’t find in Houston.
