The staff was friendly and the food was super fresh. We just ordered a few appetizers. The chicken wings were so hot when they came out , crispy yet still juicy. We also got the mozzarella sticks which are homemade. The chicken nachos and the garlic parm pretzel were so good also. We will def be back to try some of the meals 😋”

House of Stefas has to be one of the best new restaurants to join the culinary Hall of Fame. Without question, it is one of the finest restaurants to open in a very long time.
They take innovation, creativity, and culinary artistry to an entirely new level. The food is nothing short of fantastic.
The ever-wonderful Melinda and Kevin, behind the bar, make the best martini with a sidecar—the ultimate cocktail! And, of course, there's the Big Guy, Babis, running the front of the house with his irresistible charm, warmth, and impeccable attention to detail. He never misses a beat.
It's this extraordinary team of personalities and talents that makes a truly great restaurant.
And then there are John and Paul—two of the hardest-working restaurant owners I've seen in a very long time. They greet their guests, oversee every detail of the dining room, and somehow manage to run back into the kitchen to prepare these incredible meals—or even wash the dishes when necessary! All the while, they never lose those enormous, welcoming smiles that make everyone who walks through the door feel like family.
What an absolute treasure to have here in Millbrook.
House of Stefas has become my home away from home. I never miss an opportunity to spend time with these wonderful guys, enjoying not only their extraordinary food but also the genuine warmth and spirit they bring to everything they do.
There is something very special about a restaurant where the passion is as authentic as the people behind it.
House of Stefas is exactly that—a genuine love affair with the culinary experience. And Millbrook is incredibly fortunate to have them.

“The concept, setting, music, ingredients, preparation, presentation and service were all exceptional. All details attended to all evening. I was in high-end food and beverage before practicing law, and loved this place. I’ve worked at and been to excellent restaurants, and recommend this as an incredible spot for an excellent meal, a special occasion in an intimate setting, and a complete restaurant experience. The downstairs is noisier, so choose upstairs for a quiet and relaxing evening. Staff was very well trained and helpful. Our waiter, Mariano, was a joy and knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu. I’m not into photos of food, but trust me when I say the presentation was excellent. All ingredients fresh and of the highest quality. This is one of those restaurant experiences you will remember fondly for years.”

Every bar/restaurant within a 50 mile radius gets $6-$7 per shot MAX! We're not in NYC .... I learned a valuable lesson tonight.....
