Their lemon pepper wings are absolutely phenomenal!! Love their fried deviled eggs they're so delicious! The biggest Bavarian pretzel I've ever seen! Place is really cool & the staff was friendly.
OK, I guess since I’m not getting an answer from corporate I’ll have to post here. Filed complaint a few weeks ago about the horrific, horrible service and product we received. I received a phone call from somebody stating they were a manager at the Amherst location. Our flatbreads came out lukewarm. Very disappointing. Or server LJ was great! He actually told us our food was coming out in two minutes and then we waited another 10 before someone else brought it to the table. Chicken sandwich and tots were hot. Both flatbreads were not. The cheese wasn’t even melty by the time they came to the table.
