We just came in from a day trip and we came to chillis and we wanted to sit and eat at our favorite place but we were told it was gonna be a hour wait, we looked around the restaurant about 2-3 groups of 4 people were present, nothing that would justify that wait time we accepted and decided to get take out, waited about 15 minutes for our food, great the lady that took our order was super sweet, we got 1 of our order and the others we’re still on their way and my friend wanted to take a bite and as soon as she pulled out her food to take a bite the 2 managers kicked us out stating we were not allowed to eat here and that since the server isnt getting a tip she isnt inclined to clean our table and honestly it was the worst case of customer service i’ve ever experienced.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Chili's! Our server, Xavier, truly made us feel right at home with his warm and friendly service. His attentiveness rivaled that of a five-star restaurant, but with a fun twist!
Xavier and his team always had a smile while delivering our food making it a memorable outing for my daughter and me. The steak was cooked to perfection, and my daughter absolutely loved the Cajun honey on her chicken fingers, paired with the house-made ranch. It was a fantastic combination!
Overall, it was a fabulous experience, and I can’t thank the staff enough for their exceptional service. Kudos to everyone at Chili's! We’ll definitely be back for more!

Audie served my friend and i and she was absolutely fantastic, she was so kind enough to go out of her way to make a virgin drink for us since we are underaged but we still wanted to give the drink a try. she was truly amazing and very kind to us, she made sure everything was good and kept checking up to make sure we were all set with what we had!! definitely would go back and request her as a waitress again, one of the best experiences i’ve had at chilis!❤️
