1. I came in at 9:47pm on February 22. As soon as we (8 people) walked in they said they cannot take us and that the kitchen was “closed”. Mind you they close at 11pm.
2. On February 26th, I called the store at 10pm and asked if they can seat a table of 4 and told them that we would be there in 10 minutes. The lady said we could come and we did. We got there at exactly 10:09 and the lady said that we are closed. I told her that we called and they said we could still come. She responded and said they’re doing “maintenance” in the back but she will look for whoever we spoke to on the phone. After talking to whoever in the kitchen they sat us down. I was given 2 minutes to decide on what I could eat. I will say that the food made up for the experience but this shouldn’t happen again.

The bartender was exceptional in her service despite going on 12 hours of work. She was kind, generous, and understanding. Her name is Maddy, GIVE HER A RAISE. <3

Server was rude, threw food on table, when we said something about the portion.
Manager came out with a rude attitude. Asking if we had a problem because server said we said we were going to punch her in the face. A Manager should never come at a customer the way he did. Waiter was great and food was good

I called the restaurant twice before coming to this Chili’s 1 1/2 or 2 before closing. First time I let it slide and I left because they had told me that they wouldn’t take us, that’s fine. Second time I called ahead again and I said I had four people I’m seven minutes away and the lady on the phone proceeded to say yes we’ll take you. We got there in approximately 7 to 8 minutes and they wouldn’t take us again and this time I told them That we had called ahead of time and that is not OK. We need to be seated because we had already told you guys that you know we’re coming we called the girl went to the back.She came back to the front and said we’ll see you but we gotta hurry up because the kitchen is under maintenance or whatever that means we get seated real quick and she starts taking our orders right away and rushing us and telling us that we need to do our orders right away. We didn’t have time to think or time to look at the menu for real so she got started on drinks and she came back three minutes later with our drinks and we had to order the food right away, no problem Upon receiving the food. Food was great. It was just the service. She was very quick with the service, but that’s because she had to. I finished eating my food and I was writing a review on the tablet and she came and stood next to my group of friends, all four of us and said what you’re typing there. she stood over me and watched what I was typing on the screen and told me to go ahead and skip the survey And she had said that because it’s corporate corporate, she would end up getting in trouble and she had told me go ahead and skip the survey because she’s just a girl trying to make money I went ahead and clicked on Skip survey, but I clicked on the submit survey at the same time so I’m not sure if it’s submitted I know our servers name was Elizabeth and it was the chilies near the chilies that I’m writing the review for of course I don’t need to put the address but I feel like we were being watched and I didn’t appreciate that especially on Black History Month as Black people we felt very targeted and I didn’t appreciate the service. I didn’t appreciate the obsessive attention that we were receiving I feel like that server that we had whose name was Elizabeth could have done a better job of communicating with us and being attentive to our needs and Made us not making us feel a certain type of way

Ordered food online was given a pickup time I arrived 5 minutes early and waited for text to say food is ready and to come inside to grab order. After waiting 15 minutes still no text we went inside to be told “we don’t text your order is ready if we are busy” you should have just come in. Just rude and not customer friendly. Disappointing at best.. got home and bit into my burger and it was pink inside not well done like I had ordered online.
Going to have to rethink going to chili’s anytime soon. Can’t believe I gave a tip on the online order!
