Over priced with small portions. We got this for a whole shop and was extremely disappointed everything tasted fine however you in fact do not get what you pay for. Would rather go to Fat Bobs.

I’m gonna be honest this is some of the worst “bbq” I’ve ever had 😭 the brisket had a lb of oil on them, and the meat was way too fatty. Turkey looked like an experiment, and these beans taste like Busch beans with extra pepper 😂 Mac and cheese was alright. This wasn’t worth the price at all.

Dickeys have really gone down hill. The brisket was dry and chewy and all the portions were ridiculously small for the high price. No one was in the store and now I know why. Never again.

WAITED AN HOUR FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVED AND ORDERS IS MISSING ITEMS AND STILL CHARGED THE WHOLE PRICE!!!! THE ONLY THING WE GOT IS POTATOES AND DRY BRISKET 1 DRINK MISSING WITH BARELY NOTHING COZ ITS FULL OF CRUSHED ICE!!! 1 ITEM IS MISSING BUT STILL I STILL GET CHARGED??!!!!

Ordered delivery 2 meals. 1 was a 2 meat-pulled pork and chopped brisket and the second was a 3 meat-pulled pork sliced brisket and ribs. We received one correct meal and the 3 meat meal was wrong. Received 2 meats-kielbasa and chopped brisket. We complained and got credit for it so we ordered sliced brisket for delivery and we received a cold chunk of meat. Don’t bother ordering delivery it’s only good when you eat it there!!!!!! Never again 😡

I got the 2 meat plate. It comes with two sides. In the South I'd get yams and fried okra. Here its beans and potato salad, that's fine I'm in New York. They were fine. But if you're gonna play country music and pretend you're in the South have some hush puppies or corn bread or fried okra maybe? I did get a cold roll however. As for the meat, I chose pulled pork and brisket. The pork was okay, but saltier than it need to be. The brisket was presented on the tray in pieces, not really sliced, more like meat scraps. Only a small portion was edible with a high fat content. You get a small cup of bbq sauce. There is no sauce at the tables. Overall the the taste and presentation were lacking. For $26 with a drink I'd expect better.

6 years ago, I left a 5 star review. Now, it's a 3 star. When we went, the workers were friendly and polite, and the decor is cool, I like all the logs. The portions seemed smaller. The jalapeño sausage was good. The mac and cheese was decent, and the baked potato casserole was tasty. The ribs, out of the 6 ribs, 1 was an actual normal sized meaty rib, 4 were sad ribs with a tiny bit of meat, and the last was just a bone with hunk of very hard, non-edible crusty something, and some fat. We also didn't get any corn bread with our meals, it's just rolls now. Where's the corn bread? Sadly, we probably aren't going back.

Prices are high for the amount of food you get. My wife and I both gotbthr brisket plate. The price was 19.99 plus a drink each at 4.00 a piece. The bill was 51.00 and chage. There was less then a 1/2 pound of meat on each plate.

Excellent meat and the location is clean and so welcoming that I choooose this as the place after my Dr visit to unwind! Can’t believe it’s not packed, as the food is a GREAT value for price! I always get the brisket but today I decided to go with chicken sandwich and man is their chicken, delicious and moist, tender and completely done but not hard even a little! Sometimes I think what I like best is that they let me put my sauce on because sometimes I want a little - other times I want a lot so they are used to me ordering it on the side. And I always add for those that are finicky like me that the bathroom is very clean and it’s actually fun to go to which sounds crazy but it is. I’ll send along the pictures
