The food here is always good and the wait staff are kind and personable in my experience. My only qualm is they redecorated and the place is very grey now. I wish the walls and such had more color, makes me a little sad as someone who grew up on Original Pancake House
The omelet my friend ordered was dry and overdone. It only came with unbuttoned toast. Not worth the $15+ price. I had the crepe trio. $16 for 3 fruit crepes that were warm, not hot. Our waitress took our order, brought our food, never checked on us and then just brought the check. Service was not very good. It was not overly crowded so that was no excuse. The restaurant is dated and while it was clean, the upholstery in our area was ripped and cracked.
Visited late morning, about 7 tables with customers at this time. Food came out quick but it was difficult to get servers attention or coffee refilled. I ordered the turkey sausage (4 tiny links) and eggs (2 over hard) and It came with pancakes. I also ordered a large orange juice which was a 12 oz glass, a coffee and a side of hash browns. The cost $32.65….. never again! Now mind you I see the prices on the menu and I ordered at my own free will but what are you supposed to...
