Went to the Amherst NY location for my birthday on September 30th, our waitress Rachel was fantastic! She’s extremely personable, knowledgeable and caring. The manager is also excellent. My hubby ordered a blooming onion that Rachel reordered on her own, the second one was perfect! The manager even came out and spoke to us. I took my family for dinner today and our experience was fantastic! Our food was great, our service was perfect and we had a surprise from a family member returning home from serving overseas who joined us. Our waitress came over and told our table that they would like to give us free dessert. It was very nice of the restaurant to recognize my family members service and include us all! It was a great experience and memory!
I signed up online, for an arrival time of 7:45. We got there at 7:35. Was told it was a 20-30 minute wait. The host told me she would call me. I told her we would sit outside to wait. At 8:15 we went inside and asked where we were on the wait, especially because everyone else had been seated. She said “For 3?” I said, “Yes, I was on the list, and we went outside to wait.” She said, “Oh we paged you like 3 times. And you didn’t answer.” We believe we were never paged....read full review
