They were SUPER busy and we still got our orders SOO fast. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious!! The staff was doing phenomenal keeping things clean and stocked despite being absolutely packed. This is clearly a very well managed location. Props to your staff for staying calm under the pressure of a huge rush !!

I ate at Panera bread for probably the 100th time. Good as usual however this particular visit was interesting because I met a man named Jeff who works at this location. I went up to him to introduce myself so that I could compliment him. He was doing food expo for customers while I sat there eating, I couldn’t help to giggle because he was making everything fun and interesting. Jeff had excellent customer service skills, he was genuinely himself, making jokes and being helpful...
